October Mood: You Have What Someone Else Need

I know that sounds a bit twee. But we see it all the time in our grant program (and in our own lives!). One idea, one tip, or even one connection can be the key that unlocks the rest of someone’s trajectory. 

You can be the resource that changes someone’s life! That’s really freaking cool! 

Many of us are taught to monetize our expertise. If you’re a service provider, that’s what your entire business is built on. Your time isn’t free, and neither is benefiting from your hard-earned stripes!

But there’s a difference between monetizing a service or offer based on your expertise and gatekeeping.
