OFFICE HOURS

I love working with new-to-me clients! My schedule usually books up about 3 months in advance, so if you’re considering a branding project or retainer setup for the near future, don’t hesitate to reach out sooner than later!

My goal is to make our project as fun and easy for you as possible. Of course, the projects with the best outcomes involve consistent communication and thorough reviews of what we create together. Most projects require a little homework upfront, whether that’s filling out a brand questionnaire before we create your brand style guide, or prepping all of your files and tasks to send to me before our retainer starts. As our project is ongoing, you’ll be responsible for setting aside a few minutes to review any designs I send your way and communicating your feedback as clearly as possible.

I have a team of two design associates who help me set up documents and execute design ideas on various projects. All projects follow my creative direction, and no project is delivered to you until I review it for strategy, function, and brand fidelity. You can rest assured knowing that nothing is submitted to you unless I believe it’s in tip-top shape!

If you’re not in a place to spend any money on design right now, no worries! I believe all business owners should have access to better information on design, no matter what amount of money you’re able to invest. Try seeking out free design tips where you can! My YouTube channel is an easy place to start, and my Instagram Design Hotline is a great place to get advice on small projects. Design Reviews and my branding course, The Balanced Brand Lab Kit, are great alternatives to formal branding and retainer packages.
