I’m Looking for a Virtual Assistant and Client Concierge!

If you’re a Virtual Assistant, I need your help! My dear VA, Sarah Day, left my team early this year to pursue a more specific direction in her business (specializing in Dubsado workflow design and setup — SO NEEDED and helpful!).

While we’ve been patching things together without her, we definitely need some help behind the scenes to grow and to make sure that we’re treating our clients with so much love, and with as much preparation and proactiveness as possible.

I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant/Client Concierge to help!

This person will be responsible for:

Client Management

1. Sending client proposals and invoices using Dubsado
2. Setting up retainer clients in our project management systems
3. Email clients updates on their projects and answer/troubleshoot their questions.
4. Auditing client workflows and making sure we’re on track

Content Loading

1. Format and schedule newsletters
2. Schedule posts in Facebook, Youtube, and our blog
3. Upload and schedule new products to Shopify

Team Work

1. Product and systems research
2. Troubleshooting
3. Keeping me accountable for projects in our team and helping to create workflows for our projects

And he/she/they will need to know their way around these systems:

• ActiveCampaign
